What the Aspire App does?

Reviewing projects is an easy task made difficult by poor quality schedules. We simply translate schedule data into visuals, built by information that you provide, to assist your delivery. 

What is the Aspire App? A web app that simplifies schedule reviews in the world of project management. An online portal for contractors to submit project schedules into their clients. The app then turns inputted data into clean and visual metrics for efficient review.

How will you benefit? Typically, clients lose time, money and miss delivery targets across their projects, simply down to inefficient and poor quality project schedules. Think unclear information overload from contractors (GANTS, unsupported files and lengthy narratives/emails). Aspire reduces this lengthy review process across the board, saving time for your business to focus on delivery.

Where is it? Aspire is a Saas product (Software as a service), an online web tool, where users log in and access the tool.

Clients: First, set up the custom key metrics you wish to track through schedule submissions. There's no complicated IT skills required to set up Aspire. Priming your projects is extremely simple. 

Contractors (or clients if need be): Submits their schedule dates into the app via a simple excel export/import process, as well as a narrative, supporting file documents or other descriptive input.

When all required dates are submitted, the app will transform these dates by using the metric framework created by the client, and display a clean and simple review screen, allowing clients to instantly understand the health and status of their projects. Clients can input their own target figures, dates & commentary over the submisson, which the contractor receives back, and ideally work into their next schedule submission.
